Temporary Closure of Middle Path GP Surgery – 27th and 28th February 2025
Please be advised that Middle Path GP Surgery will be temporarily closed on the 27th and 28th of February 2025 due to ongoing building works. As a result, all appointments scheduled for Thursday, 27th February, and Friday, 28th February, will be relocated to West One Surgery.
Crewkerne Health Centre will remain operational during these two days, but services will be provided from West One Surgery.
Patients with appointments at Middle Path on the 27th and 28th of February will be contacted this week to confirm the details of their new appointments.
This temporary closure has been authorised by the NHS Somerset ICB in relation to our current construction work. Please also note that the Day Lewis Pharmacy will be closed on these dates.
